Shipping policy
We ship through USPS. Shipping is at the expense of the customer. Any order placed over $100 includes free shipping. You may opt to purchase Priority or Express shipping as well as insurance.
All shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases of exchanges, replacements, lost or damages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Stynger Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All items will be shipped with detailed tracking information. If your tracking information shows Delivered but you have not received it, please contact post office for further information.
If your tracking information DOES NOT show Delivered and you did not purchase insurance, please contact your post office to file a claim.
Damaged Shipment
Stynger Inc. is not liable for any damages of shipped items. If order was damaged in transport, please contact shipment carrier for further details.
