No Refunds/Exchanges Only

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit, or an exchange.  All item/s eligible for store credit or exchange must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required. Mail your return to the following address:

When returning an item, the customer will pay for return shipping. If your return is accepted, you will receive store credit for the value of the item/s returning.   Stynger Inc is not responsible for returns not received.  It is strongly suggested you insure and/or track your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.  Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts will not be accepted.

Lost or Stolen Packages (United States)

Stynger Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  All items will be shipped with detailed  tracking information.  If your tracking information shows Delivered but you have not received it, please contact post office for further information.

If your  tracking information DOES NOT show Delivered and you did not purchase insurance, please contact your post office to file a claim.

Damaged Shipment

 is not liable for any damages of shipped items. If order was damaged in transport, please contact  shipment carrier for further details.
